Commercial filming requests

We recognise that there is significant interest in filming on our network and we will always try to accommodate such requests.

As the railway is a safety critical environment, all filming requests on our trains and stations must be supervised, with requests submitted to us with 14 days’ notice.

Our fixed rate for filming is £500 per hour which covers all associated administration costs to set up filming.

All applicants should provide a suitable risk assessment for their proposed activity and must be covered by public liability insurance.
