If you have lost an item on one of our trains or stations, please complete the form below and we’ll help you get it back.
If we find your item, you’ll be able to collect it from Newport station. Alternatively, you can arrange a private courier or pay for it to be posted. We can’t return any lost property by train.
If you believe your item to be stolen then you should contact the British Transport Police.

We charge a small handling fee of £2 per item. You can pay at the station.
